Does the mechanic bring all the tools?
Yes. The mechanic carries the tools and consumables for the listed job. Extra parts are quoted before they are fitted.
What if extra work is needed?
The mechanic explains what they find and shares an estimate. Nothing extra starts until you approve it.
Can I reschedule?
Yes. You can move the visit from your bookings page until the mechanic is on the way. Night bookings, which carry a night fee, can't be rescheduled.
How is the price decided?
Prices are set per listed service. The final amount is confirmed at checkout, before you pay.
