At Pran Motors, we operate Rotto, a broad and continuously evolving platform for car ownership and related services. This Pricing Policy (“Policy”) outlines how prices, charges, fees, and related amounts are displayed, communicated, and applied across the Platform.
As Rotto expands, pricing structures may change based on market conditions, vendor policies, service categories, operational costs, or future business models. This Policy is intentionally broad and adaptable to cover current and future services. By using Rotto, you acknowledge and agree to this Policy.
1. Scope of Application
This Policy applies to all prices, fees, charges, commissions, offers, discounts, surcharges, estimates, quotes, invoices, and payments for any service or product offered through Rotto. It includes — but is not limited to — repairs, maintenance, inspections, roadside assistance, insurance, finance, warranties, RTO services, parking, accessories, detailing, driver services, resale, AI-powered diagnostics, and future categories introduced on the Platform.
2. Nature of Pricing
Prices displayed may represent base charges, estimates, or final amounts, and may be presented by Rotto, by independent vendors, or through AI-generated algorithms. All displayed prices are indicative until confirmed, and may vary due to:
- Vehicle make, model, year, and condition.
- Service type, complexity, and labor required.
- Parts availability, quality, and sourcing.
- Time, urgency, or scheduling (e.g., emergency vs. scheduled).
- Location, logistics, or accessibility conditions.
- Applicable taxes, fees, or compliance costs.
Rotto reserves the right to apply variable, dynamic, or promotional pricing at its discretion.
3. Estimates, Quotes, and AI-Generated Pricing
- AI-based or system-generated prices are for reference only and do not guarantee the final charge.
- Vendors may issue their own final pricing, which may differ from initial estimates.
- Users must review and confirm vendor-issued final prices before proceeding with service.
4. Discounts, Offers, and Promotions
- Rotto may issue discounts, promotional offers, referral benefits, credits, or loyalty programs periodically.
- These are discretionary, time-bound, and may be withdrawn without notice.
- Combining or stacking offers may not always be allowed.
- Credits, coupons, or loyalty points may have expiry dates or category restrictions.
5. Taxes and Regulatory Charges
- Displayed prices may or may not include taxes, GST, service fees, or regulatory charges.
- Final invoices will reflect additional applicable statutory costs.
- Users are responsible for paying all relevant taxes and levies.
6. Vendor-Specific Pricing
Many services are fulfilled by independent vendors or garages who set their own prices. Rotto may display these, but final negotiations or billing may occur directly between user and vendor. Prices may vary based on expertise, part quality, and operational costs. Rotto does not guarantee uniform rates.
7. Platform Fees and Commissions
- Rotto may charge service or platform fees, convenience charges, or commissions to enable transactions.
- Fees may be included in displayed prices or billed separately and may vary by service type or demand.
- Rotto may introduce subscription or membership models, bundles, or tiered fee structures in future.
8. Price Changes and Revisions
- All prices are subject to change without prior notice.
- Revisions may result from market shifts, vendor rates, parts costs, or regulatory updates.
- Continued use of the Platform after price updates implies acceptance of revised pricing.
9. Transparency and Disputes
- We aim to maintain transparent pricing, though variations may occur between indicative and final amounts.
- Users may raise pricing disputes via the Help section of the Platform.
- Resolutions may involve partial refunds, credits, or adjustments, depending on findings.
- Rotto's decision shall be final, to the extent permitted by law.
10. No Guarantee of Lowest Price
Rotto does not guarantee the lowest market price. Pricing depends on vendor quality, service standards, and availability. Users are encouraged to review details before confirming bookings.
11. Changes to this Policy
This Policy may be updated periodically to reflect business or legal changes. Updates will be posted with a revised Effective Date. Continued use of Rotto after such updates constitutes acceptance.

13. Governing Law
